Worldlaps pricing: the free version and the full licence
Worldlaps is free for areas up to 1 km², with no card and no account. The full version removes the area limit and costs €19 as a one-time payment, VAT included; it goes on sale on launch day, and the first 100 people on the waitlist get it free.

Both use the same installer: what unlocks the full version is the key you paste into the app.
What fits in 1 km²
A neighbourhood or a whole small town. Manzanera (Teruel, Spain), with its old town, river and bridge, covers 1.0 km² and fits in the free version. The CV-310 stage at Serra (1.3 km²), a town with its mountain pass (5.9 km²) or the whole of Formentera (120.4 km²) need the full version. What the one-time payment covers
- No subscription: you pay once and the full version is yours.
- All 1.x updates included.
- A key for 3 computers activated at the same time. If you change machine, release the old one from the app’s settings or from the customer portal.
- Unlimited tracks: generate as many as you like, as large as you like.
- Offline you can drive and reinstall what you have already generated. The licence is checked every 30 days with 30 more days of grace; you only need internet to generate new areas.
The first 100 on the waitlist get it free
It is not a prize draw: if you are among the first 100 people on the waitlist, you receive the full licence on launch day or within the following seven days, at the email you signed up with. You see your number as soon as you join. The details are in the free licence terms.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked: write to hola@worldlaps.com or request it from the customer portal. Before paying you can try exactly the same program in free mode, so you know what you are buying. See the refund policy.
Download Worldlaps
The download opens on launch day: until then there is no public installer. Join the waitlist below and we will email you that day. The installer will be the same for the free and the full version, and it will start in free mode.
System requirements
- 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
- Assetto Corsa on Steam (the 2014 game, not Competizione or EVO). Content Manager and Custom Shaders Patch are optional.
- An internet connection while generating; driving needs none.
- Memory: areas of a few km² are fine with 16 GB; large maps (an island, a city) want more.
Payment and invoices
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, who charges you and emails you the invoice and the key. You do not need to sign up to Worldlaps; if you want, "My account" lets you sign in with a link sent to your email to see your key and your activated computers.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to install Worldlaps?
The download page will show the installer’s SHA-256 and its VirusTotal report as soon as it is published, so you can check the file before you run it. The app does all the processing on your PC: the only things it downloads are the open data for your area (OpenStreetMap streets, terrain and aerial imagery from the official services), and you need no account to generate.
Do I need to sign up?
No. You buy, receive the key by email and paste it into the app once. Optionally, in "My account" you sign in with a link sent to your email (no password) to see your key, release an activated computer and manage your referral link. Invoices live in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
On how many computers can I use it?
The key allows 3 computers activated at the same time.
Can I move to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate the old computer from Settings in the app or from the customer portal, and activate the key on the new one. If the old one no longer exists (it broke, you wiped it), release it from the portal.
What if I lose my key?
Open the customer portal with the email you bought with and it is there. If you no longer have access to that email either, write to us.
Do I need internet to use it?
To generate, yes, because the data for the area is downloaded at that moment. The licence is checked every 30 days with 30 more days of grace: if you lose your connection, the app warns you, it does not lock. And if the licensing service is down, the app keeps working.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked, by writing to the contact email or from the customer portal. Before paying you can try exactly the same program in free mode, so you know what you are buying. Details are in the refund policy.
How does the referral programme work?
In "My account" you get your own link. Whoever buys through it gets 10 % off and, every 3 valid purchases, you receive by email a code for a 100 % licence, to use or give away. Refunds do not count.
What data do you send?
The website sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice; if you sign in to your account, there is also the session cookie. The app only sends your key and a computer name to the licensing platform when activating, and nothing else: not your email, not your tracks, not your location. Billing data is held by Lemon Squeezy, who charges you.
